Our main office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm to assist with rentals, payments, and customer support.

The office is located at 101 Grant Road, Sequim, WA 98382.

Renting a storage unit with All Safe Mini Storage is quick and convenient. You can rent online, at our 24/7 kiosk, over the phone, or in person at our office, whichever option works best for you. We do not charge a move-in fee or security deposit. After completing your rental, we ask that you visit the office within 5 business days (unless other arrangements are made) to verify a few details.

A valid photo ID and basic contact information are required to complete your rental. All agreements have a one-month minimum and continue on a month-to-month basis afterward. Customers are responsible for providing their own locks for their units.

Rent is due on the first day of each month and is prorated based on your move-in date. If you move in on or after the 15th of the month, the following month’s rent will also be included in your initial payment.


You can conveniently pay your storage bill online using our secure online bill pay system.


When you move into your unit at one of our gated facilities, you will be provided with a personal gate code that allows access between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. For security purposes, each entry and exit is recorded when your code is used.

Our facilities are monitored with security cameras throughout the property, both inside and outside, to help provide added peace of mind. For everyone’s safety, we do not allow tailgating. Please wait for the gate to fully close before entering or exiting, and then use your assigned code. This helps maintain the high level of security our customers expect.

Once inside, please follow the posted one-way traffic arrows and maintain the designated flow around the paved loop to your unit. When loading or unloading, park parallel to the building to keep access lanes clear for other customers.

To make moving easier, we provide heavy-duty carts in the interior buildings for transporting your belongings. Please return them when finished. We also recommend using pallets under cardboard boxes placed directly on concrete to help protect your items. Free pallets are often available at the facility as a courtesy.

Interior hallways and select exterior units are well-lit, with lighting on timers for added convenience. Please note that All Safe Mini Storage is not responsible for or insurance of stored belongings; however, optional third-party storage insurance is available through StorSmart, with brochures available in the office.


We aim to make moving out of your storage unit as simple and stress-free as possible. We require a 5-day notice prior to your planned move-out date.

When vacating your unit, please remove all personal belongings, including your lock, and leave the unit clean and empty. Once you have fully moved out, be sure to notify our office to confirm your departure.

If needed, our team can provide a broom and dustpan for your convenience. This also helps ensure the unit is thoroughly cleared, including any items that may be left in corners or hard-to-see areas.


For safety and protection of all customers’ belongings, certain items are not allowed to be stored in our units. This includes combustible or flammable materials such as paint thinner, gasoline, and other fuels. Perishable goods should not be placed in storage units, as they may spoil over time.

During colder months, items that are sensitive to freezing temperatures should not be stored in non-heated units. Food items should also be avoided, even when boxed or sealed in plastic, as they can attract pests and cause damage. In addition, any illegal items are strictly prohibited in all storage units.


Please note that items stored at All Safe Mini Storage are not covered by the facility’s insurance. We recommend checking with your homeowners or renters insurance provider to see if your policy extends coverage to items in storage.

If additional protection is desired, you may choose to purchase separate coverage. All Safe Mini Storage also offers optional third-party storage insurance through StorSmart. Brochures and additional information are available in our office.
